Therapeutic models
used

  • “People depend on constant communication with others to keep their minds organized. We need to talk about the past so we can distinguish the trivial, overblown concerns that otherwise plague our thoughts from the experiences that are truly important. We need to talk about the nature of the present and our plans for the future so we know where we are, where we are going, and why we are going there.

We need to talk to both remember and to forget.”

  • It is a mindful, body-centered approach to psychotherapy that uses experiential techniques and somatic awareness to encourage positive individual transformation and growth.

Individuals are seen as self-organising systems that spontaneously self-correct and contain within themselves their own blueprints for growing and becoming.

Hakomi sessions typically follow a sequence: Contact, Accessing, Processing and Integration.

Contact begins in the initial stage of therapy and involves the development and maintenance of a safe and accepting environment in which the individual feels comfortable undertaking the process of self-exploration

  • Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy.

The mind is naturally multiple there are inner parts which contains valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole.

We will look into the inner consolation of the family dynamic within self and bringing all the voices inside into one coherent commander.

  • Visiting the inner realms of creation through a meditative state, we can access the neural network in the brain to change and reorganisation.

  • The human condition is one of loneliness, meaninglessness, and inevitable death. Despite this, existential theory suggests that harnessing the power of free will to create a meaningful life is where Freedom and Responsibility become key principles.

  • Art therapy is a powerful therapeutic approach that utilizes creative expression to enhance emotional well-being and foster personal growth. Individuals can access their inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences by engaging in art-making processes, even when words fail them. Art therapy promotes self-discovery, self-expression, and self-reflection, allowing individuals to explore their feelings, gain insight into their challenges, and develop coping mechanisms. Art can serve as a non-threatening medium for communication, enabling individuals to express complex emotions that may be difficult to articulate verbally.

I employ various artistic techniques and materials to facilitate healing and promote psychological resilience. Mediums such as painting, body movement (dance) and the empty chair technique (acting). Through careful observation and mutual interpretation, these mediums can reveal deeper layers of the subconscious to facilitate awareness, self-acceptance, and personal transformation.

  • In a Gestalt therapy session, the focus is on the here and now, exploring feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. The therapist guides clients to become more aware of their present experience, using techniques like role-play, empty chair work, and dialogue. It emphasizes self-discovery, personal responsibility, and holistic growth.

“People depend on constant communication with others to keep their minds organized. We all need to think to keep things straight, but we most likely think by talking. We need to talk about the past so we can distinguish the trivial, overblown concerns that otherwise plague our thoughts from the truly important experiences. We need to talk about the nature of the present and our plans for the future. So we know where we are going, and why we are going there. We must submit the strategies and tactics we formulate to the judgment of others to ensure their efficiency and resilience. We need to listen to ourselves as we talk as well, so that we may organize our otherwise inchoate bodily reactions, motivations and emotions into something articulate and organized and dispense with those concerns that are exaggerated and irrational.

We need to talk both to remembering and to forget.”
